Spacecode’s 100% RFID reading accuracy is guaranteed provided there are no faulty tags and there is no electromagnetic interference with the reader.  If you do discover an error, then contact us immediately and we will investigate.

The most likely cause of an inaccurate reading is that the tag itself has become defective due to manufacturing issues or mishandling. Spacecode tags are manufactured to a high quality of testing specifications.

In the very rare event, however, that any tags are defective due to manufacturing issues which become apparent either at delivery or later during use, then these will be covered by our standard warranty and replaced free of charge.
