The Spacecode Diamond Drawer is an innovative, high-capacity storage and management system for loose diamonds, capable of securely storing up to 5,000 diamond parcels. It provides advanced inventory control and real-time visibility 24/7 through a built-in touch screen and RFID technology.
Access is restricted to authorized users via a secure access card or biometric fingerprint. After a user makes a selection in their existing ERP, the system identifies the correct drawer and uses “pick to light” technology to immediately illuminate the RFID tag on the required item, allowing for quick retrieval.
This eliminates the need for manual sorting and provides an extraordinarily fast, 100% accurate stock count whenever a drawer is opened or closed. The automated inventory count allows for continuous tracking and tracing.
